Fill-in the logsheet on-line and when finished either print or save as a PDF. Use your browser’s Print command (most will respond to Ctrl-P). To begin just click inside one of the empty boxes and start typing. Use the TAB key to advance to the next box. Or simply print these blank log sheets and fill them in by hand. (Hint: If you do this you may wish to clear the auto-entered DATE: field before printing.)
