At 12:06 pm after the regular Board of Directors Meeting the 2022 Annual Members Meeting was called to order.
Attendance included all directors, seven members, and one guest.

The Constitutional quorum requirement was met.
Welcome statement by the President Brandon.
“We are off to a good start this year, our ARRL Grant was accepted and funded.
We want to thank Tony N1JEI for all his work and dedication as the outgoing Treasurer. His efforts will be missed.
We would also like to thank Jake W1LDL for his service as Vice President.”
Tony N1JEI made a Motion:
“To accept Larry AJ1Z as Vice President and elect Jake W1LDL to a two year term on the board of directors.”
Second by: Neil KC1MYZ
Vote: Unanimous
Other business
The Treasurers duty will be handled by Brandon and Dick until this position can be satisfactorily filled.
There is still an opening on the Board of Directors and nominations were opened to the membership.
Pizza was delivered and ideas for the next Directors Meeting were worked on.
The 2022 Annual Meeting was closed near 1:45 pm.
